I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Counsel India. The company leadership lack respect for its employees. They use abusive language and resort to shouting at employees when issues are raised. The company makes fake promises during appraisals time and fails deliver on them, even after 3months - 6 months or 1 year. The change policies regularly, often implementing policies that re not legal or ethical. One of the most concerning issues is regarding the Provident Fund (PF). The company deducts PF from employees salaries every month but fails to create the PF account and other then PF there were other deductions which you will ask for they create stories but will not provide anything. This is a clear violation of trust and employee rights. Salary payments are irregular, and employees are often not paid on time. When employees inquire about their salary, they are called into the cabin and subjected to verbal abuse. Furthermore, the company lacks basic facilities for its employee washroom are poorly maintained and the quality of water provide sometimes you find insects in it it is very substandard. Some managers behave unprofessional and despite the complainants the management take no action against them because the bring revenue or sales to the company. The CEO and Chairman themselves shoe a lack of respect toward managers and publicly insult them. They take deep interest in your personal life as well they ask you certain personal questions. Work Culture is good Management is superb because of the management team Job Security - If i talk about this, it`s all depends upon the performance because as per the designation in sales we`re the revenue generator for the company, if we did not perform so I think we also not deserve that designation. All over it was good.

Not anything everyone is good on the floor, because all the seniors were very supportive and kind. Even, enjoyed a lot meanwhile I was working with Counsel India. If I get a chance to work with Counsel India then definitely I love to be a part of the Organisation

Firstly, I thank to all for the support and the training skills that you gave. The thing which I leaned that is soft skills and I was working in Counsel india as an Acedemic Counselor for psycological courses for diffrerent background people.
