Dislikes

No working hour and need to attend every service call at any time and compulsory to response customer at every step.

Work Details

as service superviser take responsibility of TAT for all customer . Maintain database , work schedule stock, installation, and other activity for AMC and service . Plan to utilise team in pepper way

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
