Earlier it was a good company to work with. Had a good working environment and Job security.

Dislikes

It is not a professionally managed company( Its has an old INFOSYS style of functioning). Most of the people are resigning from this company due to frequent RIF and unprofessional annual appraisal system. Here most of the senior manager act as CEO. No collective decision happens here. Here HR and accounts are terrible people. Currently there is no job security. We may hired and fired after one month. Compensation is OK, but not up to industry standard. Managers do not value individual unique strength and most of the time we feel disgusted....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
