I guess it depends on place where cnx is.. like i initially worked in pune & the workplace & the co workers were very nice & it was a great experience but when i started working in gurugram it was a nightmare.. the pay can be nice but u should know how to get those on time..

Almost everything.. especially when i was in gurugram.. co workers are not nice.. managers put too much pressure on their team when all they do is take leaves.. too much work pressure.. the process that i started working for was merged with a different company which i wasnt made aware of & it was not on the contract as well therefore when i was asked to work overtime without any extra pay in my 6 months trainning period i initially did but when i realized & said no after more than 10 hours of shift there was a heated argument between my ops manager & I.. then i was pushed to work more & more without increase in my original in hand monthly salary as they kept on refusing.. they have this stupid rule of paying after 3 months for the overtime & incentives that u earn but if u leave the company even if u earned it they wont pay.. that is how they managed to steal all my hardwork money when i left the company... They kept on changing their process rules everyday & every month they gave me a warning letter.. whenever i confronted saying i was never told about it or its not correct they would shut me down.. in pune cnx i was best employee almost every month with exceptional work records & even selected for UK trip sponsored via cnx for a month but due to medical reasons i had to quit.. & i had so much of expectations when i joined again but didnt know that gurugram cnx is horrible on another level... The environment of the office is good. You will actually feel like you are working with a good and big company.

The work ethics are not good. The process in which I was working was Meta advertiser's support. The easiest way to put it is the more you can manipulate the advertisers the more you will succeed there. No matter how well you are doing or how much process knowledge you have if you can't manipulate, you won't get any help or any support from your TL, QA, Manager, and HR from anyone.
