Appraisals & promotion happens very rare, concentrix prefers hiring external prospects with high salary package but they don't increase salaries of their tenure employee's.

Salary is not atall satisfactory, yearly increments are as low as 3-4% and you are expected to work extra to justify that 3-4% for next 12 months . Promotions take 5 years or may be more . Very less pay. Who will work in such low pay. For starting career it’s fine fresher can work in low cycle. Else it’s so so low Ctc. And not so good culture . No as such benefits .BPO culture it is I would say. For HRs just start your career if you are capable you will not work in such low ctc.

Domestic side of things is in complete mess. I was working in Brookfield location, Director Mr Nandy, a very very selfish man, not a leader definitely. People are quitting because of his autocratic ways of working. Needs to learn to groom people and not shout at them. Plus, poor HR leadership at this site.

There is lots of politics in the office and the worst part is my Associate director and HR Manager flirts with the advisors everytime they visit on the production floor...Some girls uses this as a power that I know this person and that,etc...We work in this kind of environment in Birla Paints process...

The management is biased and also they are not promote you to the next position the all game is that if you are buttering your management they will promote you to the next position and if you are not buttering your management so they never promote you eventually if you are good in everything
