The transportation allowance. I was not given transport allowance because I did not opt for self transport, well how could I ? I wasn't informed on how to do that, I had 3 team leads, 1 training manager and 1 operations manager neither of them had taken any interest in caring about my transportation Moreover my transport allowance was due for me for 1 whole month, hence I couldn't change it to self from transport allowance, even if I did change it, it meant I was going to get future transport allowance starting from next 2 months Moreover I wasn't getting enough guidance about my accent and soft skills Etc etc I can write more but I'll save you the misery...Read More
