In Comviva work life balance is so good. Pressure of work is low. Work environment is also good.

Dislikes

One think that I dislike about Comviva is the rating which is given to employee is already fixed by the management. Due to this it is directly effected to our promotion cycle and salary hikes.

People management is very good to divert. HR is very good in terms of manipulations.

Management Very Poor No perks or hike . Lack of skilled resource . Office politics are alot . No promotions or appraisal . No personal growth.

You cant change roles and project internally even if you have skills and you want to learn new .This policy is only on paper . Super agressive clients like Airtel Africa and they have set unrealistic expectations for employee where Comviva management also supports this.

You can be living your retired life while working here and just act like you are working.

Dislikes

Lot of VP's and senior management are not qualified and have a very sarkari attitude and poor team management and appraisals. Only if you are the bosses chamcha you may get a promotion. Some senior management don't know basics as well andmake teams suffer. Silent layoffs

Company culture is good. Can take leaves very often without any pain

Work life balance is very poor 👎👎👎👎 they expect you to work day and night 7 days a week 24*7 all day night eat with laptop go to washroom with laptop. Do not expect to have any life outisde of work. They’ll call at unexpected hours and even when you are on leave.
