I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They had a couple of good clients, but their relationship with the clients was deteriorating by the time I left, so I'm not sure what the situation is now

Dislikes

Its been two years since I left compassites, I haven't received the FNF and the salary was never on time. They had not paid the taxes that they deducted from my salary, so I had to pay the fine for it
