Very poor management and leadership. There is no proper roadmap for the program which they are bringing for employees. Its said that BA and testing profile is becoming redundant and people have to either leave or take up development task. So employees in certain times they feel like very much insecured at their job. Management will keep some program for making employee themself to leave the job wherein they ll bring talented candidate to feel not confident . This is very toxic to go through as employee on everyday have to scare what will happen next for their career to get sustained. Higher management is not ready to take stand on this. With this culture how a person will contribute their best for their work. Advise for management is learn to have proper roadmap and implement. Keeping multiple meetings and outcome is nothing. Well the culture is pathetic not fit to work, there is no transperancy, and senior leadership take decisions based on their ego and bias. A total hierarchical environment not good for anyone to work on this chronic toxic environment please avoid.

Work-life balance is worst and product release plan are done in Australia without considering available resource and time which leads to overtime working even though company policy prohibiting overtime. Root cause of this culture: 1.Local management takes no ownership of resources. 2.Employees fear retaliation to say no to unrealistic timeline set by Australia counter part. 3.There is unofficial competition between teams( product owner) in Australia to deliver more for their growth. Please note that their is no external customer for these product and no demand to deliver on any specified time, few exception may be there due to regulator requirement. 4.The Product owners in Australia are Indians who are from service based companies like HCL, TCS. Great Innovation and change management, however, the pace also creates havoc in work workplace where the job they recruited 6 months ago becomes irrelevant and redundant. Poor leadership, favoritism, and mismanagement fuel inefficiency. Senior managers waste time, hire based on bias, and assign irrelevant tasks. Hard work goes unrewarded—no hikes, no promotions. Desk IT support team are mostly absent from front desk and they pass issue from one to another one, leaving critical issues unresolved. Surveys are pointless as no action is taken.
