Working culture & management is good for everyone, policies are also good, but job security is not so good, may be asked to leave without any notice

It's very good when I'm working here, but afterwards it changed a lot, like Japanese manager also replaced with new one & some pressure also to work harder.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
