1. Biggest like about Colliers is ON Time compensation. 2. My immediate boss is super supportive. 3. The have a cool office in Gurugram.

Dislikes

1. Lead generation is poor for Sales vertical. 2. One outsider joined as a Senior Executive Director in Jan 2024 & messed up with the complete Office Services Line which later & sooner the top management will realize but I am sure by then it will be too late to fix the damage.

While joining,itself, it need to demanded. Otherwise no use. Just 4 to5 percent will be the increment👎👎 for the person who plans to stay n no. Years. . If planning to keep on changing the company, then no issue. Its good company.

The job is very boss dependant. I was unfortunate enough to get a terrible boss who did not care and never bothered about what his team members did. The team was toxic, and the HR during "orientation" told us to not trust anyone and dont make friends as everyone will be there to bring you down. Top management would throw you under the bus even if the manager is at fault as you are still a junior. They asked me to put in my resignation and leave the office in 1 day just because of bad management. This company has the worst management than any other company I have worked for....Read More

Good Support from Colliers Team Colliers Deploy at Client Office. Have to fulfill the requirements of clients mentioned in JD and even most of the things not mentioned in JD that also we have to Do. Only 10-15% things mentioned in JD.

Dislikes

No Yearly/ 2 Yearly Appraisal. Sometimes even after 3 years you will not get appraisal as Colliers had done the contract with Client for 3-4 years. At the time of contract renewal you will get 7-8% Appraisal only. Everything is Depends on Client.

Senior management is terrible. Will ask you to work in multiple departments and will waste your time in unnecessary meetings. Then you ll be blamed for not doing your work at time. They can fire you any time. Only bootlickers are safe here. If you are working and being straight forward then you are the worst person in organisation. Increments are peanuts. Micromanagement is another big issue here. Your in time should be 9 but at out timing they will start a meeting. Even on weekend they won’t let you breathe....Read More
