Payment of Salary on-time. Occasional parties and outings.

No work life balance at all. Sometimes had to work till mid-night due to sharp deadlines. If work not done in deadline, was yelled at in the DSM. Poor managerial skills and behaviour. Any assistance from other developers was also very poor. Total Hire and Fire culture. They fire you stating performance issue when it's actually a layoff. If asked what was the performance issue then no answer. Don't expect any job security even if you have good performance. They have clauses in their offer letter like 3 months notice period and not taking job, after resignation, in other companies which are their competition for 2 years otherwise legal action. Good Colleagues and seniors

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

There's no scope of growth absolutely unless you're in sales but that too is a very long game. They keep hiring all the time which shows they don't trust their employees who work for them. Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.

Lots of work load with almost no job security. Gave my everything while working there dor 7 months delivered every single task they asked me to do still they fired me by saying they do not have any business requirement for me now.
