Robust customer base with solid products. Customers are high worth enterprises, so work is impactful and challenging. Tech stack is old but improving. Work life balance was good atleast till an year back. People culture is excellent. People are approachable and helpful.

Dislikes

Higher management has lost touch with the market. Long term roadmap unclear. No one sure if the company plans to stay private or IPO. To sell or to continue with existing owners. Compensation is average with no Equity or stock unit conversion. Very high attrition and management has no interest in controlling it.
