Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade fir chilling and company policies are good.

There is a bond of +3 Years and salary is decent.

The job is quite interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

No proper time for break no etiquette how to talk with employees,not providing genuine leave after proper answering a call also and documents also. They only given an opportunity to their favorites employee who will do and accept their useless points and HRs also the same.

First of all at the time of interview hr will tell you there is no sales pressure but in floor they will continuously harass agents for selling and calls agents to work on weekoffs also

Cogent policy and the way off talks and the process controller are totally talk with disrespect like you are nothing and they will give pressure to work because of the policy you cannot even deny that you are not comfortable and your skill are not on that target. Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

Dislikes

They don't have any work life balance want to achieve target and they will ask for the justification for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.
