Cnh management belive to hire candidate by third party. No future as you are on third party. No respect no work satisfaction as i feel during i was there. Unwanted pressure.

Company completely unstable as far as management is considered for the last one year plus which impacts overall environment No salary increments in 2024 Flexibility on decrease Other benefits like travel and entertainment and communications also being hit this year which makes this company not very attractive for 2025 and beyond

Dislikes

Man is expected to be a machine, no personal touch and no empathy. Pressure is the only strategy at play. So called leaders don’t know how to motivate, inspire and lead, they are at best the managers & no way the leaders.
