Likes

Working at CNH improved my technical skills. Atmosphere has been challenging throughout as you have to deal with your objectives and company politics. It gave me a lot of exposure to dealing with foriegn delegates as every month there is someone visiting the plant.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Worker oriented company. White collars are overloaded with work and there is no fixed time for them to go home. Appeasment is a must to retain position. Career growth is also challenging as it is hard to reach in management sector.

Work Details

Work was hectic as was single point is contact for environmental activities in plant.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
