Example: They send me 1 year ago in different state to client after that they never seen that I am alive or not. After hardworking 1 yr client appreciated but they not even recognise not effect in salary increment.

The working style of tenure people is old school. not ready to adapt to new changes. Clover can grow more when tenured employees here start adjusting to new changes in the system.

- one of the worst service based company ever - HR team will ask new employee to give 5 star rating as review, they will force - Upper management is like will retire from clover only never promote others - hire fire culture - force Asp.net developer to work on outdated technologies - Zero Microsoft technology projects - Totally in supports projects - VP n AVP are totally waste in these except 1-2 people - Chief delivery officer is one of the laziest person - Totally caste and religion biased promotion and hike - these company will mostly last for more 5 yrs then will be dead...Read More
