1.A Fresher with zero knowledge and zero experience is given into your team .We as Branch Development Manager has to train them which the HRMD supposed to do. 2.Along with operations,sales and we have to train the staff 3.Freshers will find hard to sustain here they will end up paying there Hard earned salary to HRMD if they resignbefore their confirmation which is recruitment cost +other expenses which will be around 50k 4.Work culture differs from branch to branch 5.So much of target that you have to work all throughout the year to achieve them.But you end up some where between below average and average 6.Here there is some concept called confirmation .In orders to get the confirmation you have to do cloc which means that you have to open Loan like LAP, Mortgage,OLCC ,...etc...above threshold which differs from bank to bank 7.You will receive a call from RO say that you have to focus more liability products rather than assets 8.Point 7 and Point 6 are contradicting which means you will receive no confirmation before your resignation 9.Customer satisfaction depends on ROI for loans.Here the ROI is super high so there is no point customer will get convince for the loans 10.All the products such as A.savings accounts -with zero offers on Swiggy, Zomato..etc B.Branch have no flexibility to offer credit Cards C.Current account charges are hell and heave.Even the department has no idea about the type of charge that are being charged D.Term Deposit are good -but no one will give a shit about it. E.Loans as said there are few products Car Loans a big no from the bank ,ROI yes we charge higher than any one . F.Insurance we will kill the customer if they don't do it , Because the RO will kill us...Read More
