Great experience as well as brands are very good .

but in kashmir it's a franchise house and doctors are not satisfied because in kashmir we don't have provide doctors any facilities as well as Conferences happen, they know everything, there is no benefit in telling them, if something is told to them, it will not happen, that is why they give opportunities to other companies, that is why Cipla is not growing here

Many things HR is good and cooperative HR employees benefit are very good

Dislikes

Everything not free canteen though such a big and profitable organisation Mangers just dominates to new joiny Officially work day 9-5 and 5 days working, but one is doing 24/7

Company is good but some managers Are politics in Rating.not given proper ratings in cipla plant.lots of politics in ratings near people given very good ratings and above other state person given very bad Rating in QA department.

Senior Manager person are politics in Rating and also used only manpower for working not given proper Ratings.in QA department.

My company has good environment for new comers or fresher, which in a good salary package and also only 24 days working in a month so overall good for everyone

Night shift , and on festival day we have to working so I think it is some negative think in our company.

Cipla is one of the best company. I'm working here over last 6 year, your every Good work Is going to recognize.

Everything depends on management here, if there would be good leader then you are going to learn lots of skills and you enjoy your work. Past few month I'm very disappointed with my new management. Some bad management people join Cipla and people started leaving Cipla, like my boss left Cipla due to poor management. I'm very disappointed with my new management, with their bad behavior.

Work-life balancing. Free hand to work. Big brand in pharma industry. People can change inter department job.

Dislikes

System & procedure are not up to the mark. Every activity delayed and overdue.

Horrible place to work specially the General Counsel there will torture you so much that you will eventually have to see a docter,He shouts and treat you like a bonded labour. I will never suggest anyone to join specially their legal team. If you are considering cipla, never ever work in their legal team, you will repent later, never ever join cipla.

I like the culture which the top management has created around the team. The work should not be the burden but a thing of joy. This message has been communicated through the actions of the top level management

Dislikes

No disliking anything as such, but I think there is a scope for improvement in automation of some of the manual tasks.
