Admin staff, managers,pdo's, those rude behavior about staff.some of manager and pdo level people are playing politics.company is so good and very nice i like to be part in cinepolis it is good thing but in vijayawada property some of manager level people are really really wrost

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
