Just an average company to work with.

Dislikes

How hard you work, you would not be able to even save your job. The company is governed by Samsung and if it says to reduce the number of employees, they will kick you out. No matter what is your performance throughout the year, what matters is Samsung. A word of advice for prospective candidates, never ever opt for off roll in the company, no matter how hard you work and perform, at the end of the day you will be struggling to even save your job....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
