1. This company can stop your salary without your consent. It all depends on how well you can please your boss 2. Your manager has the entire authority to your appraisal, your salary, your work life balance. 3. HR has no control on any matter. They are just a mere puppet. 4. Growth is zero. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
