I was in purchase department. We always doubted in mind that purchased department people are corrupt. Our boss was caught taking bribe and chairman best him. Then one Colonel joined as purchase head. Most stupid person on this earth. He literally abuses his persons. He himself was unknown about his father.

One of the worst universities. The work culture is toxic. Too much politics. Higher authorities too self obsessed. They lack the vision. People are hired and fired on the whims and fancies. There is no job security. A day prior the chancellor will be all praise for you and the next day you will be told to leave the organisation. The HR head is into politics and is always trying to grab the power in all the departments. The departmental heads also are afraid of the HR head and go all out to please him. The HR head himself is having an affair with a former acting HOD of one of the departments. That lady is now working in the examination department after her colleagues refused to work with her. The work culture is very toxic and even those in position of authority are made to feel small and unworthy.
