Overseeing the entire examination process is a role that requires precision and patience. I take pride in ensuring exams are conducted smoothly, fairly, and without disruptions. The structured examination system at the university makes my job easier, and I enjoy working with faculty to ensure students get a stress free exam experience.

Dislikes

The biggest challenge is managing the last minute changes in exam schedules, student grievances, and ensuring there are no errors in execution. The pressure is high, especially during exam season, when every small mistake can cause panic. There's little room for error, and responsibility can be overwhelming at times.

Its a great place to work as a Transport Executive. The fleet of buses is well maintained, and there is strong coordination between staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations. One of the worst universities. The work culture is toxic. Too much politics. Higher authorities too self obsessed. They lack the vision. People are hired and fired on the whims and fancies. Two to three individuals are running the show. The VC is a joker, the PVCs have no say. They are retired persons who are being used as rubberstamps. There is no job security. A day prior the chancellor will be all praise for you and the next day you will be told to leave the organisation. The HR head is into politics and is always trying to grab the power in all the departments. The departmental heads also are afraid of the HR head and go all out to please him. The HR head himself is having an affair with a former acting HOD of one of the departments. That lady is now working in the examination department after her colleagues refused to work with her. The work culture is very toxic and even those in position of authority are made to feel small and unworthy.
