job security is less, because they give the position as contractual for 3 yrs. The working environment and my collegues are good to work with them. i learn their culture, and they teach me malayalam for survive in kerala. for proposal related meeting, I get travel to trivandrum.

compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Juniors without experience they got offered salary. but still they never raise the salary. It create more pressure to us.

I learnt more apart from teaching. Handling diploma students and skill training students and act as a mentor for them. preparation of proposal for sponsored agencies like NULM govt. of Kerala. Conducting Short term programmes, and take care of MIS work.
