Nothing to like. Extremely unprofessional bank. Full of lazy people. No professional satisfaction. 90% donkey work. And 5-6 verbal fights daily with customers. Extreme staff shortage in every branch. Managers has do clerical work most of the time due to staff shortage.

You will deteriorate your professionalism, communication skills as there are only verbal fights with customers daily.

No work life balance No Training Very toxic working culture Higher ups are always shouting All the people who are experienced and should lead from front have taken very comfortable non branch postings using their sources and extremely young and non experienced people are managing branches without any training or staff.

All Branch Staff Are Very Good And Supportive. When I’m Get This Job I Don’t Know About How To Work, Totally A Fresher, Who Don’t Have Any Ideas About Banking Institutions. But My Branch Staff My Branch Manager Was Amazing. They Just Literally Helped Me A Lot.

Especially it has lot of improvement scope in HR and infrastructure. Placing of Manpower as per background/skill is important. Eg an exsm clerk would give far more business output in branches near defence area rather thn posting at othr branches.
