Wasted 9 years of my life and added anxiety, depression, panic attack in my body. Superiors are heartless and inhuman. Going through severe depression as I was suicidal. Currently under observation of GIPS psychiatry hospital in ahmedabad and getting treatment of my depression and anxiety. Daily taking heavy medications and weekly counseling from psychologist. Nothing to like. Extremely unprofessional bank. Full of lazy people. No professional satisfaction. 90% donkey work. And 5-6 verbal fights daily with customers. Extreme staff shortage in every branch. Managers has do clerical work most of the time due to staff shortage.

Dislikes

You will deteriorate your professionalism, communication skills as there are only verbal fights with customers daily.

Clerical staff is very supportive and helpful. They work with very refreshing environment and treat everyone good.

Dislikes

Very stubborn and egoistic maner level staff. They only care about their targets and not customer service. Often managers harrase and insult staff of they don't complete the targets.

They wants that employees should closed and open shutter .. there is nothing called Saturday and Sunday .. they treat employees as insects not humans.

All Branch Staff Are Very Good And Supportive. When I’m Get This Job I Don’t Know About How To Work, Totally A Fresher, Who Don’t Have Any Ideas About Banking Institutions. But My Branch Staff My Branch Manager Was Amazing. They Just Literally Helped Me A Lot.
