Bank started by Sir Pochkhanawala an Indian first time in India. It was No. 1 in respect of business and profit at the time of nationalisation in 1969. The foundation of the Bank was very strong and the procedures foolproof.

Dislikes

After the exit of the founder's family from the Bank after nationalisation gradually, the persons occupied the leaders chair and top row in the Bank destroyed the Bank's culture though the bottom level employees were ok. The trade union on the other hand destroyed the work culture among the employees.
