Good Points- Free bus service.

Dislikes

Not Good Points- Many, Few are like 1. It is hire and fire company 2. Paid canteen 3. Always wearing body covered apron. Horrible 4. Use of abusive languages by seniors 5. No training. No growth plan 6. No medical facility. In night shift one of our engineer's finger was cut and he got no medical care till morning. He was crying whole night in cabin with pain. This was my tipping point to leave the company....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
