There is no job security. They wouldn't understand your problems. They support regional people telugu basically. The management will discuss everything in their regional language irrespective of people(north indians) who are in the meeting

It is a company without any work ethic, training for freshers is just a namesake made up gimmick, have no core values of how to encourage and treat an entry level person like me and even if you do good you are questioned for no reason . It's a company influx with dirty politics

The politics of the management is what makes the work place toxic here. The CEO or the Senior management does not really recognize hardworkers. They only promote people who are licking their a***s. Only the relatives of the CEO have a safe and secured job as well as appraisals and promotions benefits without getting any work done.
