One of the worst company culture i have ever experienced...i would never suggest anybody to join this irganization..they treat HR people so badly forgot about the other function.. + they take 180 days to clear full and final settlement..sometime even more then that

Dislikes

Very bad culture, 5 days work from office leaves no time for family or doing other activities. Overall skill development is slow because of mostly inside projects. Very backward towards technology usage. And most people are biased towards one part of the India (Tamil).

Discrimination. Only people liked by managers get promoted, even if they are non-performers. Job security. Hiring lots of college students, long term can remove older people. I have passed a layoff season once, but maynot escape next one.

Promotions is not an easy job here. If you work for an agency, you won’t receive any rewards such as recognition. They don't even view you as part of the team. Their collaboration is limited to full-time employees exclusively. Skill development courses are exclusively for full-time employees. They make commitments when you sign up as an agency for the discussion regarding the position. They won't accomplish a lot.
