It's good to learn when you are starting your career in this company. Gives good exposure to reality and grind you hard to become a good valuable employee.

Dislikes

Though starting is good, after a while it's not about your skills or performance, it's all about how close you are to a management. If you are in good book then no stopping for you but if not then your growth is limited.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
