They used to attract the employee by giving good compensations and benefits compared to market.

Dislikes

Initially it has been told that it's a captive company but due to leadership failure (over committed promised to elevance) , project went to IBM, UST, Deloitte etc. No Job Security, leadership don't aware of any changes because whenever we are asking for any rumours they used to tell " I am also hearing this rumour, not sure. If this could happen, what will be your concern" .. simple way to collect questionnaires from associates to control the damage. IJP is a drama, IJP will be opened for selected candidate only and other profiles will be rejected. For Carelon to IBM transition, there were 2 options for a associate either join in IBM or resign....Read More

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
