Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. Denied onboarding freshers from 2024 batch recently and played with their mental health. The irony is this is a so called health care company. They hired a third party to manage the onboarding and no real contact was established with the real HR and management at this company. Clearly, very poor and unethical hiring practices.

Everything is good but no support from management and team leads partiality in between kannada people and tamil people because most of the team leads are tamilians. Benefits are good, free cab, shift allowances, hybrid work culture and good cafeteria zym etc

Good in safety and security and the infrastructure of the company was so good that helps the employees to feel in working with an MNC company.the work environment was so great and helpful. The team leads are so helpful and knowledgeable about the things.

I think Carelon has to provide default promotion for the employees who are working for certain period of time in the same company.There are no promotions and when the employee try to get the internal job position they’re no chances to change our position in this company. The management has to raise values for the skills of the employees. So please provide some guidance to get promoted to the employees who are in only one position for over several years. * Once you reach the promotion criteria in a specific LOB, management shifts you to another LOB so that they can skip you from promoting to next position. * Team leaders treat you like a student not a professional employee. They give you threats of job removal and year end appraisal. * For the name sake management offers you some courses but TL’s wouldn’t let you to attend ‘em if you not done with daily target. * Food is worst. * If you don’t reach targets TL’s make you to login after shifts I,e. I was the top performer in this company for 5 years....with top rating if 5.....still no promotion was given.....and they were continuously switching the teams to avoid promotion.....i wasted my career.
