All Old Tech leadership is being asked to leave the company - I feel these people had very low tech skills. This has opened up opportunity for developers like us to grow and build new products. Management is strong and taking courageous decisions. Good or Bad only time will tell.

Dislikes

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Working here was good until last year. There was lots of learning opportunities and multitude of implementation going on. The customers where happy as well.

Dislikes

The new management is more focused on removing the old employees who are well known with the customers. The customer want the old employees as they had implemented the application and support was very well provided with satisfaction. The current management do not respect the employees, they don't know how to talk, using irrelevant word. They are assigning roles which the old employees have never done, without giving any training, also to pressurize them to leave the on their own.
