Hardworking people are more appreciated, I got an early promotion and achieved awards for my work. Capgemini has the best learning platform. Where We can learn lots of things in short tenure.

Dislikes

15 hours of working on month ends and working for 11 hours per day. There is no such thing as work life balance we have to work on every weekend and extending shift hours is totally a normal thing here. Have beg for national holidays and monthly leaves. Not compensated enough for the works.

Just cafeteria is good. Capgemini is very reputable company in cat A. I had a dream to work in mnc company.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ". No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing.
