It's a good place to work. You will get training on some domain first and later you will join a project as per requirements. There is a good work life balance. If you are in a team you will get many things to learn and get a chance to explore the skills.

Dislikes

There is a politics everywhere. In capgemini also , you will get promotion on the basis of your relation with senior members. Once you will be trained in specific domain it's hard to change it to some other domain. They give you very less variable compare to others.
