I like working at Capgemini because of its supportive environment, which helps in skill development. The team leaders and managers are always encouraging, making it easy to learn and grow. The work culture is positive, and collaboration with colleagues enhances productivity. It’s a great place to gain experience and improve professionally.

The work culture is not good. They want machine not human and forced to extend like anything and there are incidents happened that some people got offer letter but still HR cancelled their joining which is where shocking.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ". They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . The HR doesn't share full HR Policy about benefits and appraisal and HR manual to employees. Annual increment depends on manager biased. The worst part is 90 days notice period without any buyout option. The company interview is full of drama and they'll put you in a servicedesk job and make your job profile worst everyday. My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies.
