Overall, I have worked in this company for over 11 years (got transferred to multiple locations). What I liked the most is senior management, you can directly reach out to partners for your concerns (I have done that on multiple occasions). It may or may not be that all your concerns are addressed immediately, but they make sure that they listen and take an effort to fix. What I didn't like is some mid level management who think that they are bigger than company. A couple of directors are rude to the core, if you can fight it out, its good or stay away from that project.
