A mediocre company operating with a flawed business model.

Dislikes

Upskilling opportunities are nonexistent, while politics among senior employees dominate. There are no perks or chances for promotion—just a culture of favoritism and monopoly by long-standing employees. It’s not a place to learn or grow, making it a complete waste of time.
