The company provided excellent guidance for picking up corporate etiquette and a good work ethic right away. Excellent, structured work.

Work Details

I need tasks that I need to on a daily basis and there are tasks that should be taken care of once in a while. It can be challenging to finish all the tasks on my list at times, but overall I am having a good experience here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
