All are average in civil department but Mechanical department is good .

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the mid-night.I am working as a Safety Officer on contact basis in Civil work/Department, poor value from Project Manager/Managers.They have to no know about safety culture but client pressure for show at site .Mechanical work/Department is good and value to all . It is good only for freshers not for long time Job,Job security is so good but they give less payment than others company .As you know My Qualification is Diploma in Mechanical+ ADIS and now I have 3 years of experience but they give only 19000 per month Salery where only 9500 Rs Basic + Others expenses . It's worst time to work in this company.Here Salery is getting too late .Here no-one will assist you .So if there is no choice for Job anywhere for freshers then you may Join neither you may try to not to join into this Company....Read More
