The company is realy have high profile channel partner to work with, most of the time it provides great work8ng environment to their employee by giving monetory benefits as well as growth path.

Dislikes

I have been associated with this organisation since june 17 so nothing as such i found dislike factor as of now.only thing i observe that some time it become over aggressive company for employee productivity..but its natural.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

First of all I would like to highlight the excellent culture of the organisation , though it's not big company like some giants company but this org provides excellent platform to show your talent as well as provide excellent work culture within org.
