Company has good and employee friendly policies but poor in execution part. It fail in deliverables in every aspect. More of flattering works rather than interpersonal skills. Working culture is pathetic. Pay scale is gender biased irrespective of experience and skills. Opportunities are huge but probability of reaching that scale is very poor.
