There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. If project succeeded, then credit will be shared by Program Manager and architects and if Anything fails, it's completely developers failure. No project clarity No working or coding guidelines They don't know how to mitigate the issue if any problem comes. They just blame the developer. No work satisfaction, they just give best rating to those who puts yes with manager's yes. No justification of what exactly is the root cause. And finally there is a worst HR. Bosch is one of the automotive giants and you can get all types of projects. Also work life balance is good in most of the projects but anyway it is definitely project specific. Company culture is very good
