Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth

The hikes are really really less and its difficult for freshers especially as the hikes are lesser than the inflation precentage.

Here many things need to tell: 1. Too much work politics 2. What ever managers has to tell blindly need to follow 3. Managers need people management skills 4.Managers feedback was not taken from below employees 5. More micro management 6. No work life balance for employees

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

They train for some topic. Assign you to a team where you have to work on a completely different topic. Then they expect you to be master at it even after knowing you haven't been trained for it. They keep changing teams, hence no scope of improvement in a single topic and then they blame you for not working as per expectation. There is close to no salary hike after year end and getting a bonus is like a dream. Apart from work life balance, nothing can be appreciated about it. Your job security will be at stake if no projects are there , you ll be fired without any reason, pretends to be the best company unless you know it's insidious talk.

Work culture is good. Training sessions are informative and useful for growth. Employee policies are good.

Dislikes

Increment, Appraisal is worst. 2-3% max increment. Too much process for simple task. Currently due to over hiring, most of people are in bench in Bangalore location. Germany Bosch fired 7000+ people. And rumours are they will going to do same in Bangalore location (No projects at all)*
