They have made coming to office is mandatory during COVID situation, also all other companies have made Work From Home mandatory, but here its not. its mandatory to come to office, 50 % salary reduction from 4 months, and no plans in paying that deducted amount in future. Even there is no appraisal or performance hike this year. Terrible work culture. especially with qualcomm odc. Please be aware before joining.
