Great company for freshers, bachelors to learn and do the same task without going home. Good place to learn how to handle lot of stress. You can forget all your personal problems and family while working at office.

Creating unwanted stress. You can't think on your own. HR under finance control, they have no power. Not a great company for experienced people. Bad work environment.

Very bad work-life balance. More than 12 hours working on daily with lots of unneccessory work presure created by the management.
