The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that join to markets for high quality hand cut products and excellent skills and relationship with our clients .

The work pressure is is high my phone can't be closed after my work hours I cause of my responsibility, There is no open jobs for training freshers , I must follow and guide my team step by step

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

There is nothing positive about this organization which I can share.

Dislikes

One of the worst organisation I had ever seen. Boss of this organization is a third class person with no humanity. With my experience I will suggest not to join this organization.
