People in BNY Mellon are very rude , they don't know how to talk with anyone. Management only prefer few employees and give appreciation to them and ignore other people.they never give other people chance to speak up .I have always seen politics in this compony.it is also not safe for girls and there are few people who use offensivelanguage in office.i have never seen such a terrible compony in my career.they just find fault in other people.management are damn partial and prefer some girls .they give more importance to beauty rather than talent .they just belive few senior guys and if in case you explain your query to them they will never listen and blame you for everything .I don't want to specify any name but I won't suggest anyone to join this compony .In the last I also want to say that there are certain manager who asked you not to take break and do work.i have skipped my dinner most of the time beacause of which my heaktth got affected....Read More
